Katie Pond found a buyer for us and when all the conditions and offers were agreed upon she walked me through everything. I really appreciated her professionalism, patience, friendliness and her time, of which she invested a bunch. The house has sold and frankly, I'm gonna miss her helpful nature and friendship that developed over the course of the sale. In the time it took to sell the house, I only met her in person over one week when I traveled to California to begin emptying out the house of my mother's belongings.
