They worked harder for us than any other realtor we’ve used in the past—and they’re just awesome people. They were patient, we never felt pressured or rushed and they kept us connected to what’s important to us. They guided us as we talked through move-in ready vs. renovating, whether this was just for us or for future rental potential – we were so grateful to be able to bounce all our ideas around with them.
We had a 21-day close, so everything moved fast. They stayed on top of every step. They were in constant contact with our mortgage broker, followed up with the listing agent to get our questions answered quickly, and made sure we didn’t release contingencies until we felt 100% confident.
Katie went above and beyond—reading through all the HOA documents, taking detailed notes, and asking questions we wouldn’t have known to ask as first-time HOA buyers. California insurance has gotten tricky with wildfire risk, and she pushed the HOA for the docs we needed to keep our close on track.
Sparky was also working behind the scenes the whole time. If one wasn’t available, the other stepped in seamlessly. They know the area incredibly well and have a great network—whether you need a contractor for a remodel, are buying as an investor, or are searching for your dream home.
